96 CX b16a swap no fuel pump prime
Got in my 1996 CX this morning that has a b16a swap running on a chipped p28 and it wouldn't start, after checking to see if maybe a plug simply came loose. I noticed the fuel pump not priming. This is what I've done trying to find the issue.
Checked grounds at thermostat housing, they looked good and tight.
Removed main relay and jumped pins*4 & 5 and checked for voltage at the 2 pin plug at the fuel pump and I had 12v with the switch on.
After I confirmed voltage with the 4 & 5 pin jumped I forgot to turn the switch off and plugged the fuel pump back up and it actually primes jumped.
I tried testing the actual relay by connecting the #2 connection to the battery positive and #1 to negative. This did energize the relay but when I checked for continuity between the #4 & 5 terminal their wasn't any which I read means the relay was bad. I bought a new relay and installed it and still nothing. I'm going to check the new relay in a moment just to be sure I didn't buy a bad $50 relay but if anyone has anything else that I should check I would gladly do so and appreciate any help given.
I've also checked fuses 13,44& 47

Re: 96 CX b16a swap no fuel pump prime
Checked the new relay and it tests good on all three continuity tests. Guess my problem is either in wiring or the ecu.
Anyone know of the next test I should perform to keep knocking possibilities off the list?
I imagine my original relay was probably good and I just didn't have good connection while testing.
