Re: 96 civic value? (tech125B)
reading right now but car fax it definitely.
sounds like a nice car, but I wouldn't pay more than ~$5,700 for it.. Are you sure you want an auto? If you plan to do more than a few bolt ons and rims, this car may not be the choice for you; besides the fact that manual kicks *** on many levels including better MPG for starters. Your choice of course though.

I dont mind the auto, my other honda is a manual....The car probably needs timing belt/wp/other belts and some minor stuff.5.7k sounds about right.

I'd offer them $4500 if I really wanted it.
If I were you I would get something else unless you're just looking for a DD or you just want to dump it and put some wheels on it or something. Autotragic ftl

If thats the case, if you can get a good price on it, jump on it. Looks minty

Just don't spend more than you have your limit set at. Just because it's a great car doesn't mean that there aren't better or equally good ones out there.

Re: 96 civic value? (ke98248)
Went to look at the car today, mileage is legit, carfax and emissions records back it up.Car had some issues.Right front headlight foggy/moisture needs replacement, no big deal.Windsheild was replaced, small glass shards in the engine compartment confirmed that, owner pleaded ignorance. Some indications
of body work done, one bolt on rt front qpanel not painted body color.Driver side
door ever so slightly hits right front qpanel when opened, paint nicked.Engine compartment mint, interior mint. All electrics work as supposed to.CV joints ok.
Tires Falken Zeix all four newer.Assorted scratches on bumpers which is to be expected. One door had clearcoat damage from excessive scratches which is fine for a 11yr old car.I offered 5k owner rejected.Onwer stated he would not accept
less than 6.5k.I was not willing to pay over 5k for an 11yr old car in that condition
so I walked away.I dont think anyone will pay what he wants, if they do more power to them.no sale.next.

lmao, who would pay that much for a car like that? i had trouble paying 3k for my 94 hatch in mint condition with original everything (windows, windshield, bumpers, headlights, etc.)
