96 Civic SOHC distributor rotor
I was going to change the cap and rotor today. The cap is no big deal but I can't get the rotor off. I already took the screw out but it won't budge. I tried prying with a screwdriver and some other methods. Any advice to get it off?

Has nobody had this problem before?
I've been spraying some WD40 on it to hopefully eat the rust but it still will not move.
Any ideas are appreciated.

Well, I got it off.
I just broke away the plastic part of the rotor, put on some vice grips and carefully rocked it back and forth to get it off.
