Default 96 Civic -- New map sensor, now running rich?

I just installed a new map sensor (used) because i had to give mine away to my friend so she could drive to bham for college. After installing my new one i am running super rich now. I do have a cel code which is 41 primary o2 sensor could that be causing me to run rich? It wasnt running too rich before but now it is.
Running a obd2 b16 in an 96 civic.

1) After installing a new MAP sensor, you need to reset the ECU. Is a MAP sensor code thrown? Have you checked?

2) Fix code 41 as it will also reduce gas mileage.

Thanks ron, It is not throwing a code. I did just reset the ecu its running a lot better but still a little rich left the car on for a good 5 minutes. Will try to replace the o2 sensor asap. Would a D series 4 wire manifold o2 sensor work?
