96 civic ls swap
ok....im completetly stumped and need some help if possible....got a 94 ls swap in my 96 civic..bent a valve (piston untouched, and still good) so i put my 94 gsr vtec head on, timed it (so i bealive its timed) and got it to start.....now the problem is that when i step on the throttle full bore till my 2step (3500) the car then bogs out and falls flat on its face (dies out and stalls)... have a haynes repair manual but doesnt show me how all the plugs and vacuum lines go...keep in mind the car is boosted and i have a vacuum of about 10psi on my boost guage......can anyone help me with this problem whether its pics of where vacuum lines go or explaining
Also is the firing order diff on a gsr head to an ls head????? all help is appreciated!!!

Q- if the distrib rotor isnt started or facing #1 will that affect it as well...im going to be changing the timing belt in an hour.....what steps should i take as to making sure timeing is perfect and or close before i put the new belt on?
Also i dnt have timing belt covers at the moment so i dnt know where the tdc mark is on my 93 hatch sohc vtec swap i just put a metal coat hang in cyl. #4 and spun the crank till it was at the very top...can i do that as well for a correct timing with the dohc?? as thats how i did it to begin with and the timing marks on the cam gears matched up with the up arrows facing upwards...am i correct or incorrect on any of that...running wires from distrib marked one two three four do they still go to the head as 1234 from left to right or is it backwards??? i only ask that bc i seen a pic of it in the haynes repair manual.......

1234 is counting from the timing belt cam gear. so yes the firing order would be "backards". Every four cyllinder engine ive seen is order of 1-3-4-2. cylinder 1 fires, then cylinder 3, then cylinder 4, then cylinder 2.
the dizzy... Now for spark plug wire placement on the distributor. Cylinder 1 should be on the lower left of the cap and work your way around the cap clockwise in the order 1-3-4-2 of the wires from the cylinder
I really think that you are off one tooth on your timing belt. but hard to say without seeing the car in person
