Icon2 96 Civic Headlight Problems

Turned on my headlights the other day and the passenger side low beam went out. Played around with the wires and got the headlight to come back on. The only thing though is when I turn the high beams on, the passenger side doesn't work. Switch back to low beam and both sides work. Also the passenger side headlight has the high beam on during the low beam. Which means the passenger side low beam is 2 or 3 times brighter than the driver side. What could be going on?

Sounds like a bad wire or bulb socket.
