Okay between tonight and tomorrow I am planning on figuring this out what I am going todo is test the coils and take the icms to get tested I have a couple different caps and rotors but I'll buy new ones just to verify they are good to go next I need to double check obd1 to obd2 dizzy plug and verify they are correct I'm not sure on any ecu differences in at least getting the motor to run right now I'm getying 0 spark and I want it to be a dizzy problem I'll post up results on the test tomorrow

Before that, find out if you DO have spark?
Take an old Plug, put a wire to it, then ground the tip to the engine, have someone turn it over and see what color, if any, the spark is.
OOps, sorry, I didn't see "0 spark" how do you know? Did you try the above?

well I hooked up the iat on the back of the intake manifold and its still throwing the code, im not worried about it right now the harness is other wise fine. one problem I am seeing is I will turn my key into the on postion the check engine light will turn on then turn off like usual but then it will turn back on and stay on ive checked codes and its nothing that should be stopping me from getting spark

So you had the code for IAT high input even before plugging it up? If that isn't a sign of bad wiring than I point you to the helms manual to fix that.

These two statements are in direct contradiction of each other. How about you stop jerking us around? Your IAT isn't on the back of the intake manifold. The code you're throwing can also be caused by a bad ground - check your thermostat housing ground. Are you using the B2, or Y8 injectors? B2, or Y8 intake manifold? Have you done ANY diagnostic tests to the coil or ICM?
