Car was running fine, all the sudden it started sounding like its missing and real sluggish in low rpms/partial throttle. Sometimes the car will stall when your not on the gas but if you lay into it and put your foot to the floor, car drives fine and AFR's go normal? Besides that AFR's are so lean that my wideband wont even give a reading. This is a boosted B20/Vtec 96' Civic coupe. So finally today i pull into my friends shop, as soon as i get into the parking spot car dies when i let off the gas and i get a code 15. I've tried swapping out another dizzy but im not 100% that dizzy was in perfect working condition, it should have been but like i said not positive. Tried changing plugs with another set of NGK 4554's (8's), same thing. Car struggles to idle and breaks up unless you give it a good amount of gas. Code 15 registers Ignition Output Signal so tomorrow im gonna check all the wiring at the ecu, from the ecu to the dizzy and inside the dizzy itself. Also gonna swap ECU's just to knock it off the list. Most likely gonna try to find another working OBD2 Vtec dizzy as well just to be sure, any other ideas? Thanks for your help.
