TPS. throttle position sensor. you have map and TPS plugs on wrong?
any engine codes? running correct ECU? old gas? run seafoam.
correct spark plugs?(only use NGK)
timing correct? you can adjust it by twisting distributor.

Scan for and resolve any codes. Don't expect car to run properly with CEL on. Then check the cam timing, and set the spark timing with a timing light. Don't just "twist the distributor" and hope for the best.
