p0501 = VSS problem
p1298 = ELD problem
p0135 = o2 sensor heater circuit bank1 sensor 1 problem
p0141 = o2 sensor heater circuit bank1 sensor 2 problem

any1 have any idea? I tried to check how much the ELD cost I see that it doesn't fit 96 civic only 01+

Check fuse 15 and read the fuse 15 TSB.

I checked all the fuse engine and dash and it have continuity. I'll check again tomorrow. for the fuse 15 is it located in the dash or engine?

7.5A dash fuse 15

You'll find fuse box diagrams in the FAQs stick so you don't need to guess.

Read the TSB.

got where the fuse 15 at for the tsb I wonder if Honda still accept the tsb for the 96 civic?

Not likely but you could call Honda to find out.

K I just pulled the fuse out it the middle wire is a bit burned mybe that's why it have continuity and I putted a new one in and cleared the code and drove 1 block the light didn't come on. Thanks RONJ

you need to solve the root cause of the fuse blowing- frayed wires near the intake manifold bracket. if you don't, youll be right back here very soon.

ima keep driving it and see if it will blow again. For the wires I don't know if I can buy the wire harness for it. if so any1 got the part #?

there is no need for a new harness. read the tsb, itll show you where to check for bad wires. heatshrink or tape them up, good as new.
