It's been covered many times before so search in the future

If you want to go from either or, you'll need Fenders, hood, headlamps, bumper cover, and radiator core support.

hahaha another one of those "radiator support" guys....technically the conversion can be done without the support and look just fine...you just have to bend tabs from the old support down to fit the 99-00 bumper

alrite none of the parts are interchangeable...if you want the 99-00 front you need the hood..headlights..fenders..bumper from a 99-00....u cant put any 96-98 front end parts on a 99-00 and vica versa

man I keep seeing these questions over and over ....

If you want the 99-00 look you need the bumper, hood, fenders, headlights, grill.

You're fender lining, splash guard, grill and bumper clips, a whole bunch of 10mm bolts can be re-used.
