96-98 OEM Rear Under Spoiler Lip
Hey all I recently stumbled upon this up for auction on ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...27562
I was just wondering if anyone has pictures of this on their car? Also, bid starts at $99.99, is that too much? It is painted stock Vogue Silver Metallic, however my civic is Flamenco Black Pearl.
I am not really going to bid if it looks ugly on my 98 coupe, and also, money is tight right now so i really gotta know if it's worth it to buy one of these later on down the road once i save up. Besides, i'm sure someone here on h-t can afford it more than I can. (And by all means do so, I'm just using this particular auction as a reference for research into the lip -- I don't plan on bidding or buying it)
thanks guys.
OH YEAH
here are the pics from the auction (hope they show up):

Re: (civic0)
OEM stuff (as well as jdm) are always in high demand, especially us h-t guys. I am wanting to get that lip for my 99 (yes it fits with mild modification, ask scrapinsi). I'm keeping my eye on that bid. OEM 96-98 civic rear lip

That's why you only buy from people with lots of transactions and a very (above 98%) user rating.

Some of you mentioned that the lip looks ugly and I'll have to agree in the picture above, but here's the same lip on a different car:
Based on this picture, I think the lip looks pretty nice, which is why I have have one sitting in the garage.

That would be me...he raped me on shipping though. It came out to $180 total. Then my rear bumper got fuxored by my garage door so I ended up selling the lip on clubsi for $250 shipped.
