96 to 98 OEM fog lights.
THis should prolly be in apperance, but more people are in here, if i buy 96 to 98 clear OEM civic foglights the sqaure ones, can i paint the lenses yellow and with what, so that light still comes thru and arent dull, since i knw finding yellow lensed ones is impossible and expensice, and if i can painted can i clear coat em, andby the way searched this topic nthing so dont say search i alreay did about 8 times

i didnt know the 96-98 came with OEM foglights??
i would say either change the bulb or use some sort of tint.

Well the 96 to 98 CTR had em and on the back of my bumper insert it got these lines and in the midlle says cut for OEM fog lights, and yellow for the CTR look

I think the square ones were available in 1996. My friend got them from the Honda dealer (they were Genuine Honda too) for his 1996 EX coupe. I remember seeing the round ones in the 1998 Accessories catalog.
It would probably be easier to use yellow H3 bulbs by Raybrig, PIAA, Luminics, etc.

yea, in the back of gril its got cut outs for the square headlights, ill prolly jut get them from ebay paint the lenses yellow and buy yellow bulbs, and surely the light out =put will be yellow

Ive got yellow piaas in mine. Its decent.
There have been several users here who painted the lenses yellow - just search for it.
The reason for yellow, is because the human eye is more sensitive to yellow light than blue or even white. Yellow creates more depth and definition on objects this way - so lots of fogs are already yellow (ie is300 and many many cars in france).
JDM would also be yellow (civic sir 96-98 squares)
