96-98 OBD-II......99-00 OBD-II
Is there a difference between these two ecu's? I'm looking to buy a ctr ecu for my 00 Si and will a 96-98 ecu work in my car? thanks.

what you need is this:
99-01/OBD2-->96-98/OBD2 ECU Jumper
ECU Jumper Info:

This jumper allows you to adapt a US or JDM 96-98/OBD2 ecu into a 99-01 civic or integra vehicle.
