Default 96-98 EX Tweeters
What size are the stock 96-68 tweeters? Can I replace these with after markets or do I need to replace w/ OEM?

I couldn't find OEM ones from Honda on Majestic Honda...

you can fit 1" with a dremel. get a set of components and an amp.

The tweeters are an option on the EXes, so you have to search for them under ACCESSORIES --> ELECTRICAL.

I'm thinking they might be discontinued by now though.

I've never seen an EX in person that didn't have them. Check junkyards for EX and Si coupes.
