Default 96-98 civic foglight question

ok here's the deal. i've had these fogs on for a while and they never failed me. but recently they began to act up. at first they wouldnt turn on so i jsut kept pressing the button till they did turn on., which eventually they did. since then i havent been able to get them back on. i checked all wiring and made sure nothing came loose or unplugged and re-did everything at that also and still nothing. granted these are replica fogs but should they go out so easily? maybe the bulbs jsut went out? has anyone had any problems with these? wiring or anything else? any help is greatly appreciated.

Get a voltmeter and check to see if you are getting 12v to the bulb socket when you have them on. If you are, bulbs are the problem, if not, start working your way back until the 12v appears.

Sure you don't have a bad switch?
