96-98 bumper cover
I live in Australia and I have a 96-98 EK civic with front and rear bumper covers that have bumper mouldings. Like in this pic>> http://www.members.optusnet.co...2.bmp

Unfortunately they all came like this in oz. Looking at pictures from posts on honda-tech I'm pretty sure that the U.S. released civics between 96-98 didn't have these mouldings. I hate them as they are really ugly.
I want to put the front and rear bumper covers of the usdm spec variety on and bolt some lips up to em too. I figure those are cheaper than EK CTR pieces from japan. I dont know about any knock offs existing since as far as i can tell all of you U.S. guys needed was the lips anyway. The knock offs here in oz are made from fibreglass which is not desirable and for their price I could probably have genuine ABS plastic ones from the states.
I know where to get lip kits but not ABS/plastic bumper covers. Genuine would be preferred. Does anyone know a reputable online shop i could order them from?

there are several sites you can use, try the search 
...but once you do find a set, i know you can sell the ones that you have really fast...there's a market for those bumpers here in the states, or anyone wanting to have the "JDM" look, to you, they're ugly, but there are alot of people out there that want the bumpers with the moldings...sell them so you can make some of your money back, just a suggestion

As for the abs lips. You can order them from http://www.jdmshit.com. It's a pretty good fitment. I'm pretty sure they'll ship outside the US.

I am not a big fan of the bumpers with the moldings on then neither. They remind me of hitler with a little mustache.
