could Someone please measure the length of your stock ek hatch spoiler? from the centre of the car to the brake light, i edited the spoon pic to show where i would like the measurement taken. i have heard that the dx has a bigger wing then cx anyone know if this is true. thanks



Edit: i measured mine and it is 8 inches so is that a cx or dx spoiler? thanks

i dont think you have a stock spoiler then.. im pretty sure the stock ones are all the same.. about 5.4 inches..

maybe you have an aftermarket one..?? take a pic of it..

the DX does have a larger wing than the CX. the CX wing is unpainted and made of some sort of plastic like material mostly. the DX wing is similar to the stock SIR wing where the top of the wing is made of the same stuff as the body and is color matched.

i thought the 96-98 was the smaller one and the 99-00 was the bigger one?
not just the dx or cx difference?

im just asking and not informing since im unsure if my post is the 100 percent truth. this is what i was informed on my search for an oem wing

From what i read i think the car is a dx, but it has no badges and according to the insurance company it's a cx. the wing on the car was not painted. it has rear speakers (after market) and a rear wiper. no ac. and no deck when i bought it. here's some pics





Ps these pics were taken after i raised the wing using 5 nuts and bolt welded together to make a "stud extender" i'm broke right now but the only other exterier mods i want to do is lower it, 99-2000 tails, and a sir grill

that's a cx wing... and it looks horrible with the wing raised like that.
