i've got the same thing, ingalls front camber kit.
Since i don't do my own alignments, i can't speak from personal experience, but the guy who always does mine says they're kind of a pain to work with, but they're better at calibrating and securing a position.

I don't know what other kinds there are but I have the a-arm style (skunk2) and they seem pretty easy to work with. I had to adjust them to drive my car to the shop that could align it for me and it wasn't bad at all. The only con I can think of is that some people with real low cars have a problem with the kit pushing a dent or even a hole into the shock tower from being so low and bottoming out. You could probably fix this by leaving the a good portion of the bump-stop on the strut.

I also bought a set on here. They are still sitting the box. I took the stock one to a machine shop, but they said they could press out the ball joint, but it would be so messed up that i wouldn't want to put in the new one. Let me know how yours turns out please. Thanks
