96-00 Civic and 94-01 Integra (not R) front hubs (knuckle) Interchangable?
the 96-00 Civic comes with 2 hubs, the EX/Si model, and the non-EX/Si model. The Si and EX have bigger brakes. I know these hubs are interchangable, like if u upgrade a LX to EX brakes. But the DC2 Integra, do the hubs bolt on? Are they identical to that of a 99-00 Si? I Mean will they BOLT on? Are integra and civic outer axles the same? Same bearing? Does the steering tie rod connect to the same point or does the steering rack have added stress on it? Are the upper and lower ball joints in the same place? Will a integra hub affect camber?

I upgraded on my 93 SI hatch - to brakes from a 96 GSR - and it was bolt on. I am not sure on 6th gen Civic, but I believe it would be a direct swap as well..

Yeah the Integra knuckles will work on a 96-00 civic. You can also use the knuckles off a 96-00 Civic Ex or 99-00 Civic Si, and you can press 94-01 Integra hubs into the 96-00 Civic Ex or 99-00 Civic Si knuckles, that is only for non Type R brake parts, I have never messed around with them. But my civic is currently using the 96-00 Civic Ex front knuckles with 94-01 Integra Hubs and Integra rotors and calipers. Hope this helps.

A simple yes would have been adequate.
If you want, this could help as well:

Good luck.

I am running ITR knuckles on my 99 hatch (OEM EX lower control arms). the Knucles, trailing arms, and hubs and bearing are all interchangeable. The only difference between ITR and GRS stuff is the number of lugs...
all I chnaged was the knuckles, someone else tried to tell me you need different shock forks but mine work fine...
I am 95% sure on this one...
Oh ya, you sound like you are talking about the knuckles not the hubs. hubs are pressed in to the bearing after the bearing is pressed in to the knuckle...
hens 5 lug or 4 lug hub....

BUMP again for someone that has a non EX/Si 6th gen civic and has changed to Integra LS or GSR hubs.
Looking for a REAL answer with REAL proof. I gotta do this swap within a day, so i cant have people guessing. Someone please?

a "hub" only comes in contact with the bearing, the rotor, and your wheel. therefor, steering racks and tie rods will not be effected at all, and simply switching the hub will not improve your brake setup at all. by switching out the "hub" you will not gain anything. I think you are talking about switching out the whole front knuckle...
but I am not really sure? whatg are you trying to do and what are you hoping to gain from this?

Yes the hub is the little piece. Thats where the axle connects. Does a Integra GSR or any integra use the same 32mm CV joint in the hub as a civic? and i want to know if swapping an integra KNUCKLE into a 96 civic LX will affect camber, the steering roc connecting point, and if the bearing that the integra has will be the same as the civic's bearing. I want to know if the dimensions and specs are identical for swapping knuckles.
Either way, i wanna know if the hubs and knuckles are interchangable, or just one or the other. are the hubs or even bearings on integras and civic the same?

Bump for someone to tell me that GSR HUBS and integra LS hubs and 96-00 Civic hubs are all the same sized bearing (they will all fit their other CV joints, 32mm i think)

ttt or whatever its called
I've been confirmed that the civic's axle will go into a Integra's hub's bearing. Except the type-R, it seems 96-00 Civics and 94-01 (not R) all have interchangable bearings.

Did you read the link that I posted or any of the numerous "GSR-to-Civic" disc conversions??? They are interchangeable!! Any of the suspension components swaps directly from a GSR to a Civic and vice-versa (94-01 Teg; 92-00 Civic).
