check ur connections... meaning if u have an aftermarket system check the wiring to everything... double the battery wires, make sure that ur main relay wires arent spliced in any way and grounding out to something.... and double check the starter.... sometimes it may seem fine but its actually bad

If your car is barely turning over but still turning. Grab your Multimeter, trace your ground wire from your battery to wherever its hooked up at (hopefully close to the starter) .Once you are sure that you have a fully charged battery connect the multimeter's positive lead to the negative post on the battery and the multimeter's Negative lead to the end of wherever you traced the negative cable turn on your multimeter to Dc volts and have someone try and crank the engine... This is called a Voltage Drop Test and on a 12 volt starting circuit any thing showing more than .20-.30 would indicate resistance in the negative cable and it needs replaced. You can only measure this on an ACTIVE circuit(only when cranking)

Start by checking the rubber stopper that presses on the starter switch located at the top of the clutch pedal.
