i have a 95 civic ex with a freshly rebuilt ls vtec! when i say fresh i mean new piston rings rod bearings main bearings and head gasket! i have new oem head gasket arp head studs! the block has wiseco pistons gsr rods and gsr crank with a 2000 gsr head! i went to get it tuned saturday and it wouldnt rev past 3k the check engine light stays on and when i put a paper clip in the green port it still stays on and dosent blink a code i tried 6 ecus new map sensor and tried switching the map and tps senor wires around! idk wat else to try any info on wat is wronge sry so long thanks!
