95 honda over heating and white smoke in the engine bay
hi so my 95 honda just got it need works done some reason the two fans in the front near the front bummer dont work?
i get werid gas milage.?
i put anitfreez in the raditor and it leaks out the drive side of the car?
please some one help me i'm new to working on cars but i know the basic to get by and should be able to learn more.i'm doing all the work myself i could use some help to know what i am doing.

If it leaking from where your side timing cover is then your water pump is a goner. you're gonna need to have that replaced. that's why your car is over heating. now since you're gonna have to replace the water pump, you might as well replace the timing belt and tensioner at the same time. good luck.
As for your fan(s), the slim metal one is for your Air Condition and the bulky plastic one is for your radiator. Now if you're radiator doesn't turn on then it might be one of few reason..
-fuse blown
-relay no good
-ECT plug not connected
-wiring not connected
-fan motor shot
these are just a few reason. and from what you mention that you just got this car and depending on your $$$ budget do a tune up. GOOD LUCK.
