First off I've seen a great majority of people do the center console swaps so they actually have a arm rest and a little center console to put little things. Correct me if wrong the only one i can swap into my car is from japan or some ****? any info on that would be appreciated.

Question regarding my front seats what can i put in there without removing my bottom rails and just sticking the new seat on top? what seat can i fit with removing the rails and replacing with the type of seat?

Arm rests are very common to find i seen 5 in the junk yard the past couple of months and pulling out the seat to swap rails is 10xs easiers but search theres plenty of options

Get an arm rest from an eg sedan. Just make sure you get the mounting bracket that goes under the ebrake cable holder, otherwise you don't have anything to hold the back of the console down. Other than that it all bolts in.

iight so just find a 92-95 sedan for the center console. Also for seats im saying is a 2002 the same bolt pattern for the bottom rail mounts? like can i get 2005 rsx seats with the bottom brackets and will it fit? or can i only do 92-2000?

Search. Some seats bolt up some bolt up kind some you need to weld new brackets

The only issue about the sedan arm rest is color selection. The sedan typically has purple, tan or blue interior and consoles. both of my Hatchbacks have black interiors so I have to get some SNM? paint and plastic treatment and paint them Landau? black so it matches the interior and lasts awhile.

As said the arm rest is somewhat common, junk yards.
This isnt the list I used when getting my del sol seats and I havent looked through it really but these lists are out there and you may find it helpful!

Burgandy ('92 only), gray, and tan for the sedans. You can find the black console in '95 DX SE coupes with black interior (It think the only exterior color with that interior color is green)

I ordered the black armrest from hondaautomotiveparts.com, the part number is 08U89-SR0-110A. Cost plus S&H was $101 and change.

I would go with the jdm long arm rest fits any civic 92-95 the only down fall is its long so in coupes and hatches it will go almost to the back seat. Good for storage though.

integra arm rest is also an option. 94-01 integra seats bolt directly in with no modification to them at all, so do all del sol seats. 96-00 civic seats will work as-is, but only 3 bolts will line up. you can swap your rails to them and theyll work, no fabrication required.
