Default 95 Eg Hatch - Running Warm

I have a 95 Hatchback and its form Canada; Its the original motor. I have no clue why its running warmer then it needs to, its not over heating but still. The pin is past the middle. It maybe a pink length away form the H. The radar hoses have peen replaced; and They turn hard as rock. Like to much pressure. The car run great; She pulls for a SOH, But yeah; It worries me. Any ideas. I changed the Oil, Head gasket changed, New water pump, timing. Some other goodies. Soo I'm not to sure.
