95 eg dx coupe wont start!!!

1.5 engine, oil on the spark plugs, new battery, no light on the cluster at all when i try to turn it on, headlights not working fuses are good, but wont star no crank nothing at all whats the problem!!!

check your grounds first and that the battery is good

Yeah, first thing, check the grounds. Perhaps the battery ground is lose.
