Icon5 '95 Del Sol Trunk Board

Morning all,

Question for the group - I have a '95 Del Sol Si (w/ VTEC) that I am in the process of restoring after receiving it from my grandfather. Going through all the little things, I noticed that the rigid board beneath the carpeting in the truck area over the spare donut tire is damaged, and partially missing. Would anyone be able to send over a photo of the whole board, with some dimensions so that I can try to replicate/make a new board?

Thanks in advance!

You can make a template out of cardboard and transfer it to some 1/4" plywood from your local lumber/home improvement store. I had to do the same in mine.

Exactly my thought process - the board that was there is very thin. But I am missing a part of the board, so I am unable to trace the template without having a full piece to trace.

From what I recall, it doesn't have to cover the sides completely because it will be difficult to remove when you pull it up straight.

Thanks NV Turbo, I will take a look at it this weekend again and see if I can make something up. Thanks for the help!

(nice color by the way, same as my '95)
