So...i have a 95 Del sol Si, and when i bought it some GENIUS thought it would be a great idea to take the windshield washer reservoir out. i managed to get one, with the pump from a local craigslist ad, but from just looking around the spot i cant find the harness to plug it in...maybe i need to just jack it up and look BUT assuming the same idiot just cut it out...how would i go about fixing it? anything will work cause going out every night with a rag to clean it...is getting a tad bit annoying.

The washer bottle goes inside the bumper cover on the drivers side. You should see a hole near the drivers headlight where the fill spout pokes through. Down in there might be where the harness is... unless the 'tard did cut it out then you're effed and need to find yard to cut the pigtail off a civic and solder it into yours.

He probably just unplugged it. It's more work to cut than unplug.
