Okay, so I am trying to fix the passenger rear window because it doesn't go down. I know for sure it's on the track. It will go down if you push it, but it looks like there are 2 black metal wires grinding against each other to prevent the window from going down. At the end of these 2 black wrapped metal wires have 2 springs. I'm guessing they popped out of their hole because it's just floating loosely. Whenever I use the window switch, they grind up against something and it doesn't sound too good.
