Icon2 95 Civic Lug Studs

Is the only way to replace the lugs to pull the hub? I've never seen this before! My 91 CRX and 89 Civic weren't like this...the dust shield leaves no space.

no the fronts the bearing needs to be pressed out to hammer the old studs out, i went full extended stud on mine, the rears on my hatch were easy, i just got it down to the hub and hammered the old ones out

Damn, so that means I'm going to need a slide hammer to pull the hub apart. That's what I thought. Any suggestions?
