Default 95 Civic with ls/vtec and GSR tranny - starter won't crank

Car: 1995 honda civic hatchback si
Motor: ls/vtec with GSR tranny

Hello I recently swapped my motor into a 1995 Honda civic hatchback and everything seems to work perfectly fine besides the starter won't work. I turn the key and everything works fine, fuel pump kicks on and no check engine line but nothing when turn key all the way. No noises at all. The start is a week old and also I can start the car by touching the signal wire to the power wire on the starter. Can anyone help me?

Thanks

check your clutch relay switch, if not that then its your ignition...or alarm?

I don't have alarm and ignition seems fine. Turns on fuel pump and everything else work. I will check the switch. Any other things I can look for?

Test your starter relay - it sounds like it's failed.

Check whether the rubber stopper that presses on the starter switch at the top of the clutch pedal has fallen out.
