95 Civic Ignition Issue (solved)
Hey guys so my carjust randomly started giving me this problem when I turn the key to the ON I position, I have 12+ volts, but when I turn it to ON II or try to start, the voltage drops to about 2 volts and won't turn over. If I get a jump start it fires right up and will run completely fine till I shut it off again, so I know the starter and alternator are fine any ideas what would cause that?

re: 95 Civic Ignition Issue (solved)
So just a quick update, I tested the battery and it was good, but I realized there was a good amount of corrosion on the positive terminal. I cut back the insulation and the whole cable was caked with corrosion, so I cut off about an inch of it, cleaned it up, and put a new terminal end on it and now it is working perfectly.
