95 civic horn

Default 95 civic horn

i had this car for about a year now and the horn has never worked. i want to fix it now,
its a 95 civic dx sedan and it has SRS airbags.
i hear clicking when i push the horn just no horn.
the people before me installed an alarm maybe they messed with the horn wires?
idk what it could be. help me please.

The horn should be plainly visible behind the bumper cover. Remove the bumper cover, and make sure it's wired in. Assuming it's stock (and if memory serves correctly) there should be one wire running to it, and it should ground to the chassis directly (no wire).

If you see it, unclip the plug, put a voltmeter to it, and have a friend press your horn button. You should get 12V on that wire. If you don't, you have a wiring problem. If you do, your horn is blown.
