Default 95 Civic - Help with power windows

Good evening H-T. Need some advise here. My passenger window stopped working. I check all fuses are good and the regulator and motor too, which the only thing that I haven't check are the switches. But what I don't get is the fact that I can't roll the window with none of both switches. I don't know if one of the switches goes bad the other will be too. My driver window rolls with no problem and when I check the regulator for the passenger side it was rolling perfect too. As soon I put everything back together, I can't roll it with none of the switches. Can somebody guide me thru the right way. Thanks.

If none of the switches work than its possibly the motor itself thats gone bad or the window itself is hard to move up and down, probably stuck by some goo.

Its not the motor, I already check it. It goes up and down like a champ.

What's missing is a description of the tests you did that led you to this^ conclusion.
