ok here is my problem i have a d15b jdm in my 95 dx coupe and its been vibrating like crazy its been doing it since i bought it and today i moved it out the garage and the hood was rattleing by the hood latch i just put a new hood and bumper on it yesterday and havint moved it since i had hood pins on my old hood and no rattle also i poped the hood and by the tranny it seems to be jumping at least i think bare with me here im trying my best to explain whats going on with my car o and i recently replaced my driver side motor mount it was shot so thats new about a month new this is my first honda well my first car and im trying to diy it ive always been a big honda fan any help would be apreciated thanks guys

i would say your rear mount it wore out. ( under the INTAKE)

were under the intake is it sory ima noob at this lol and also when going to get a new mount what mount do i ask for or can someone post a link to a site were i can get one at a good price thanks so far for the help

OK, for the mount, i would get a mount from HONDA. since it'll last longer. the mount is located at the back of the engine bay(closest to the cabin), in the middle of the bay. best way to see it is look from the side of the car, theres a metal mount that goes from the back of the engine (close to the oil filter if you can see it) to a part on the frame.

I HOPE this doesn't confuse you more lol it is hard to describe.

it kinda is confuseing ha ha and honda charges out the *** for parts the wanted 300 for the whole mount set up f that if ima pay out ill get hasport mounts lol but its hard times and im on a budget do u got pics of wat im looking for any on the web or in another forum thanks

go on ebay and buy the black mounts with red bushings. i have those and they are super nice. $160

cool im going to go chek them out also if the mount is bad there how do i get it off whats the easy way anyone know

Also check the transmission mount and the two front insulators.

i know my tranny mount is just about gone i think my car only has 3 mounts thow the old owner had a jdm d15b swap on it with the p28 ecu and from the looks of it its got 2 or 3 mounts is that bad i dont ac unit or power stearing either

i don't understand why you are bumping? what else do you need to know. there is 5 mounts on these cars. 2 on the driver side, 1 up top, 1 on the bottom of the frame to the block, 2 on the pass. side 1 on the top of te tranny, 1 bolts to the side of the tranny and then 1 (the rear mount).

well i dont see the other mounts so im confused do i need all the mounts or can i run 3 and will it harm the motor or car in any way so i can go and get this done like i said before im a noob at this so i can use all the help i can get with mounts cause when it comes to mounts im clueless lol

ok i went out to my car finally and yea the rear mount is shot i could see it poping out the sids and the traany mount is also in bad shapeso now i know wats wrong and the rear mount looks like a bitch to get to cans omeone tell me how do remove it at least the easy way ha ha i dont have to pull the motor out do i please tell me i dont man this is stressin me out to the max any help would be apreciated thank you all for the help so far it has helpd me
