95 Civic Ex coupe info...
I happened to find it at a near-bye garage and what my friends make of honda's i thought i'd try one out. Everything in this is stock, nothing at all has been done to it and since i haven't done too much on cars i was wondering what i should look for damage wise. Also i heard this car's got some potential and i was wondering what i could do to it. It has about 160k miles on it, but i heard honda's last long. I'm cut down to a short budget of $1,500 and was wondering what u guys would do to it.

1500 is DAMN cheap for a ex coupe...
i bought mines for 3600 clean from a dealer
it has potential, i like it as a nice daily driver, it gets good mileage 30mpg and i have i/h/e ecu chip
as for looks, thats just personal preference but i got a coupe instead of an SI hatch since too many ppl have hatches
as for damages, use common sense when buying a car. any funny sounds, check oil, check water, check axles, check all electrial stuff, make sure its smogged etc...
and 160K should be nothing..since its so cheap already, u might wanna get a swap or something

Re: (93blkej1)
i always heard that these motors last almost forever so i didn't figure there would be too many miles on it... but i might just end up rebuilding it then

Re: (TJ95CivicEG)
they do but i wouldnt recomend doing an performance mods to them with that many miles but u can if u want. im just telling you to swap cuz theres not much u can do to these engines besides turbo to make them resonably quick, trust me i have one
