95 civic ecu programming
how do i get my ecu programmed to make a heavier air/fuel mixture? also, when i have a turbo installed, whats the right programming?

heavier A/F ratio? you mean richer or leaner?
boost requires a basemap and tuning. Going with out the tuning is a death sentance for your engine.
Search for people in your area that tune and talk to them. What ever they use... go with that.
