Few variables here. How "loose" is it? Had an alignment done lately? Bad tires? Bad bushings? Loose tie-rod ends? Lowered at all? We need some more info...

Not lowered at all(yet) got same rims that came off my integra and had no prob with the tires. Everything under the car looks decent. I havent had a car with a manual steering rack before and i didnt think it was normal. its not loose like to where i have to keep movin the wheel to keep straight but if i move the wheel a lil bit either way it wants to keep swerving back and forth. I cant let go of the wheel on the interstate. Sorry for the lack of info. lol

that is loose tie-rods. your bushings are worn in the tie rods and it is throwing your alignment off making it possible to "swerve" if the wheel is let go and not just pull to one side as typically a bad alignment does. this reminds me that i need to go get an alignment so thank you.
