95 civic dx no start condition. yes I have searched...
Background:
95 Civic Dx automatic. Pulled stock, running and driving, engine due to high miles and head gasket leak. Installed Jdm ZC sohc vtec automatic swap in its place. Used original harness everything plugged up perfectly from original harness. Replaced timing belt and water pump while it was out.
Car started but had a miss like no spark or fuel. Pulled injector for number 1 cylinder made no difference in running. (was giving a code 16 for injector)
Now car will not start. Swapped main relay for known good unit. No change. Have power at then injectors. swapped distributor coil with original thinking weak spark. Changed injector from original motor to jdm unit to number 1 cylinder. no change. Checked for grounds at ecu and did not have body ground continuity for either logic grounds in the A plug or B plug. Jumped body ground to both of those no change. I get intermittent ground output for the yellow and brown injector output. The car did not have a fuse in the starter signal fuse spot so replaced it. no change. Tried swapping out ecu's no change. Whats odd is after you have tried start the car with all the injectors plugged then unplug all the injectors and try to restart it the car tries to start.
My mind is fried..this is day 2. Suggestions?
Edit: Also need 100% facts for upper timing marks on a Sohc zc vtec. The crank pulley actually has 2 marks where the white TDC is and one of those lines painted white.

Stop guessing and get back to basics --> check for bright white spark at all 4 plugs and fuel spraying from all 4 injectors.

see if you fuel pump kicks on or not, check relays, and do as said above ^ for spark
If your getting both, check timing, dizzy etc.
