95 Civic DX, need advice for swap
I have a stock 95 Civic DX and about $2,000 to spend for a swap (not including the cost of labor, that is provided at no cost).
I've done some research and I'm still not sure what would be the best motor to get for the amount of money I have to spend. If anyone experienced could help out a noob, I would appreciate it greatly.

Re: 95 Civic DX, need advice for swap
All depends on what you want out of it. Just a stock daily driver or something that you will be modding as well? For that money I'd say b18b1. Direct bolt in for the 95 and good base for for turbo as well. Also in some cases faster than stock EM1's and B16 swapped civics. That would also leave you with some play money to do some bolt ons and be assured that you will be able to cover any hidden costs and some maintenance things like timing belt (always a good idea when swapping) and fluids and such. I just swapped GSR in my EK but the LS would probably have to be my second choice if I didn't have the money.
