'95 Civic DX Hatchback Swap from '93 Integra RS?
Hello,
I have a 1993 Acura Integra RS with a B18A Engine, and I believe a YS1 Cable Transmission, it has only 79K Mi on it and a couple of mods. What I want to do is swap it into a '95 Honda Civic DX Hatchback, I have heard that this is a super easy thing to do. What I need is a parts list and what year of car they come from, I have seen that a lot of parts come from a 94+ Integra. I have read a lot of posts talking about this sort of thing but I just want to make sure I do everything correctly and don't forget anything.
Anyone know of a parts list? Or websites with instruction on how to do the swap?

This is not going to be a super easy thing to do for you. You're taking a hydro tranny car (your 95 Civic) and trying to swap in a cable transmission. You can get kits that do this for you, but I've yet to be impressed with one. Suck it up and get a 94+ B18 if you're set on doing this.

Yeah but I already have a B18A in my Integra it has a 12.8lb ACT Flywheel, a Exedy Stage 1 Clutch, and only 79K Mi on the engine. I was thinking of maybe getting a LSD SiR-II Trans, which is hydraulic and I belive it will work with the B18A block, what I am unsure about is if my Stage 1 Clutch (With less than 3K Mi on it) will go into the new transmission. Also what type of mount setup would I use in that instance.

Also if I bought a B16A 92-95 (SiR-II) Complete Change Over from Hmotors, could I use all those parts and totally skip over this madness? Or would I still need parts from the Gen3 Integra?

if the sir 11 came with mounts its cake if not u need the teg mounds or opt for hasport billet which are fairly durable

Thats what I am thinking I will do, I am going to try and locate a 2nd Gen B16A Trans w/ LSD and mate it with my B18A, then swap the b18a. Does anyone know if my YS1 Exedy Stage 1 Clutch will work with a 2nd gen B16A Trans? Can I use the stock DX harness since my b18a is a non VTEC? Can I use my stock Integra Motor mounts in the DX? (I have high HP engine mounts installed right now)
