Icon2 95 civic dx d15b7 swap to 96-99 ZC SOHC Long Block (Non Vtec)???

Hi, i have a 95 civic dx w/ a stock d15b7 engine in it now and it is burning oil very bad so i am looking to swap in a new motor. i found a 96-99 ZC SOHC Long Block (Non Vtec) from this site: http://www.hmotorsonline.com/shop/sc...age&item=30023 and they say it is a replacement for a d16y7. ive heard that as long as its d-series and both non vtec it should be a direct swap and wouldnt need any extras and also that the d15b7 trans would match up too wit no problems. i was just wondering if this is true? can anybody help me clear this up?

That's why everytime you search Honda-tech there are douche bags like you, cluttering up the forum. You, yourself posted zero tech on his post.

you could of just told him Yes you need a ECU Base Map

yes you need OBD 1 just to clerify and not to be a complete douchenozzle
