Default 95 Civic/D16Z6/P72 ECU - Idle problem

ive got a 95 hatch with a d16z6 engine. the engine has 11.2:1 pistons, .401 .441 lift cam, skunk2 intake manifold, and a blox 68mm throttle body. im currently running a stock automatic gsr (P72) ecu. the engine idles around 2200-2500 rpm for about 5 minutes the idles up and down between 1500 and 2,000 rpm. the vacuum hose going from the evap canister to the trottle body has been plugged off because there wasnt a place for it on the throttle body. Ive replaced the intake temp sensor and tps sensor. it isnt throwing any codes. it runs fine just has idling issues. if i unplug the idle control valve it idles around 1200 rpm but bucks if your driving through a parking lot at around 1500 rpm. any ideas or help would be appreciated. thanks

Why are you running a stock ECU for a DOHC on a SOHC with all those mods? Is that a recommended combo?

Stop driving the car until you install the correct ECU.

Also stop throwing parts at it without doing any troubleshooting.

Did you block off the disconnected vacuum hose?

Are any CEL codes thrown?
