95 civic cranks but won't start

I have a 95 civic I changed distributor cap rotor and coil pack , it still doesn't turn on. What could it be?

A better question would be "how do I figure out what is wrong?"

Answer these questions:

Is there bright white spark at all 4 plugs?

Does the fuel pump prime?

Any CEL codes?

Can you hear the fuel pump prime for about 2 seconds when you turn the key?
Check the distributor cap and rotor and clean off any corrosion on contact points.
Check each spark plug for color and gap, than check for a good spark.

Did you replace the Ignition control module (igniter) along with the coil?
