It was leaking fuel and the engine bay caught on fire and burned the engine harness, so I replaced it. Its not getting spark to the plugs, already replaced distributor, ecu, plug wires, harness. Power is going to distributor but no power is coming out. There isn't any wires crossed or anything. What could make no spark come out of the distributor?

Bad terminals open it up and and make sure the rotor is clean

There must be a method for checking to ensure that coil is receiving a signal from the ECU and being powered properly. If the coil is supplying the distributor properly I would first check that the gap between the cap and rotor is not excessive due to wear, that there is no corrosion on the contacts and finally when the rotor spins, if you are able to, can you produce a spark but positioning something metalic close to the contact.
