ok this is what you gotta do take aprt the rhd clip off the firewall drill out all the spot welds on the jdm front clip then take apart your dash and steering column and front subframe out then drill out all the spot welds on the lhd firewall.take the rhd firewall and weld it in to your car put everywire back just like it was on the rhd,a major problem your gonna have is wiring up the jdm climate control, but other than that it is pretty self explanitory anyother questions e mail me vgalione822@aol.com i did this before to a few of my friends cars but they all hate me cuz i got the real deal from japan

If you don't have the slightest idea on what to do, I wouldn't attempt it.
This has been covered here before and in some magazines. It's not an easy task to accomplish.

why does everyone think omg i am swaping over from lhd to rhd it is so hard it isn't or else your a moron and have no clue on how to take off the dash, use a drill, and weld that isall you gotta do and mock up the rhd firewall to make sure everything is good not that hard it is just time consuming drilling out 200+spot welds on each firewall and swapping everything from the left side to the right

Ha.....But a RHD with a b18c5 will get you SUPER BALLER status.....
My conversion is almost wrapped up. Got the motor going back in this week after I finish with the painting and detailing.
I would expect a shop to charge 2 to 5 grand for this job.
It is alot of work but also alot of fun watching it take shape.
Good Luck

You can hate on my doors if you like......I don't have air bags for the 1000th time........
I am sure you have something I don't like as well...Your mom is not one of them.
The doors will open and close with compressed air.....Who cares about your opinion........ If you don't have anything positive to offer........DON'T WASTE OUT TIME WITH YOUR COMMENTS.

In your head. Civic != baller status at all.
You've just wasted a bunch of money doing something that makes your car more difficult to drive. Congrautlations, you're an idiot.
There was someone on here who did it and his insurance totalled his car and dropped him. I hope every last one of you stunners who think this is awesome because it's "different".

I am not looking to get this thread closed.
The thread is not titled "Post your ignorant comments here".
This is SUPPOSED to be a Honda forum. Not a Jack *** tag board.
I wish the moderators would tighten up a lil bit.
What I or anyone else in spends THEIR money on is of no concern to you.
Some of us like to have our own style. Something that sets out cars apart from the other 5 million of them that were made. Thats our choice.
Your buddy getting screwed by his insurance.........Well that is his fault.
He should have made sure he had insurance for a show car or one with his lists of modifications.
My car is purely a hobby.......I work on it in my spare time to relax.
Please don't hi-jack the guys thread.
