95 civic b18b1 full wire tuck ground issue? (W/Video) - fuel pump doesn't prime
As the title states I have a 1995 civic ex coupe that I have done myself.
Everything has gone smoothly.
I have moved my underhood fuse box and battery to the trunk of the car, along with an Obd1 vtec harness on the Obd1 b1 engine.
I'm not exactly what the problem is, but I'm assuming a ground from research.
-New grounds and ends on the trans and engine grounds w/6awg wire
-I don't have a wire from the battery to the starter hooked up yet
-With the engine harness being vtec and the engine not, I depinned the associated vtec wires from the harness as I went through it.
-I have those remaining three ground wires bunched into an open end connector to bolt to the thermo housing.
-the ecu is just sitting in the floor at the moment, it isn't bolted to the passenger side kick panel (Could this be my ground problem??)
-fuel pump doesn't prime.
I have tested the main relay on my other civic and it starts it up fine, so relay is good
The clicking noise is the main relay, as it clicks, the CEL blinks. With the relay disconnected, the CEL stays solid.
Regardless the CEL is relatively dim.
Can someone shed some light?????

Only other thing I could possibly rule out is that the ecu is bad, I need to rewire the fuel pump, or make individual crimps on the thermostat ground wires.
Yes bare metal is in contact with the end
The three wires are wrapped around one another to fit through the connector
Paint is sanded off for a good bare metal contact
