95 civic 1.5vtec timing belt?
Hello fellow honda enthusiasts. This probably lame question to ask but i am new to hondas, never had them till last Thursday. I recently got my head gasket replaced and all that hot jazz but sadly my timing belt is pretty loose and im afraid it might skip a tooth.. can anyone show me how to make it tighter so I can do it myself.

Re: 95 civic 1.5vtec timing belt?
Did u install new timing belt and tensioner?
If u did then put cylinder 1 at tdc (top dead center). Put a long skinny stick in cylinder one to help u see when it's at the top and won't go any further.
Then check all ur timing marks to make sure everything is timed.
Next to tighten the belt (assuming u already tighten the tensioner bolt which u already should before turning belt). At tdc turn 3-4 cam gear teeth past tdc or until te belt is loose near the water pump, loosen tension bolt and retighten back to specs. And it should be tighten.
