The 2dr seats will fit, but will have gaps. Some people swap the leather skins onto their stock cloth civic seats and won't have gaps. The 4-door bottom cushion will fit and have no gaps, but the backrest will not because it is 1-piece instead of split. Some say to get the 4-door bottom and the 2-door backrest, but from prior experience just get the 2-door set and cover up the gaps and be done with it unless you want to swap the skins.

i have gsr seats in my 2000 hatch ..... its about a 2 inch gap on each side of the seat........its not that noticeable
in a perfect world you need:
rear 2-door top seat parts
rear 4-door bottom seat
2 fronts....
you have to swap 1 rail from your civic seats onto the gsr seat so that it bolts up properly
