Default 94 Ls Integra or 98 Civic with a B16a2 in it

i am debating over those car they both are in good condition civic has 50k on the chassis and 30k on the b16 and the Ls integra has 80k on both so which car should i get whats the pro and cons on this situation and what would be better to mod. and no ls/vtec

Depends. Personally I'd go for a B16a2.

If you are seeing which is faster, i'd say atleast save an extra grand for the b18c1 if not the b18c5. Reason: You are buying the engine to make your car faster, correct? So why not spend 6000 all at once and be fast rather than spending 6000 and not being as fast as you could. Do more research.
